We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email, phone, company name), billing information processed through Razorpay, and usage data through our platform. For guards using the mobile app, we collect GPS location data only during active check-in/check-out with explicit consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and maintain the ERRIS platform, process payments, send service notifications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields, enforce role-based access control, maintain complete audit trails, and use multi-tenant isolation to ensure no agency can access another's data. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing, AWS for cloud infrastructure, and Google Maps APIs for location services. Each third party has their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.

6. Your Rights
