Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ERRIS platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each workspace is a separate tenant with isolated data.

3. Subscription & Billing

ERRIS offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. A 14-day free trial is provided for all new accounts. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, use the Service for illegal purposes, or exceed reasonable usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. ERRIS does not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERRIS's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
