Refund Policy

Free Trial

All ERRIS plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you choose not to continue, your account will simply become inactive — no charges will be made.

7-Day Full Refund

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email erristech@gmail.com with your workspace ID and reason.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused time in the current billing period, at our discretion. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund for remaining months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
